August 2021 - MSC Technical Products Demonstration of the FlashGRILL

We had MSC Tech Products demonstrate the FlashGRILL to a client from a well-known Central London High-End Retailer.

Chef wanted to see how one of their key products would cook on the FlashGRILL whether it would give the desired finished result. Their product contains quite a high-fat content that when cooked over an open flame, (their current grilling method), that produces a fair amount of flame, potentially leaving an unwanted taste to the product. Not something that chef wants.  Chef knew that he wanted to have a grill that would give him the same fast-cooked product with taste, but without the possible carbonisation effect on the end product, and if possible to reduce his energy performance.

Chef placed his product onto the grill, to see how well and quickly they cooked, checking how quickly the device got up to temperature, and ease of use. He was shown and advised by David Jenkins how it could be adjusted for each product to get the best results, as well as highlighting the ease of cleaning at end of service, plus advice on the potential reduction of energy bills due to the lower kW loadings when compared to other griddles in the market. We also advised that this product had a 5-year parts and labour warranty, for peace of mind.

Chef left happy in the knowledge that this product would be fit for purpose and ticked all his boxes of requirements.
