Construction that causes the least disruption

To minimize down-time, most fittings and appliances are pre-ordered or prefabricated at CCE’s workshops for quick on-site installation, all major projects are planned with military precision by an on-site project co-ordinator.

Depending on the nature and extent of the refit, many projects can be completed within 48 hours or less (for example, a hot pass installed at Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurant was literally completed overnight, between 23:30 on a Friday and 14:30 the following day).

Besides engineers and welders (who build and install the catering equipment), CCE maintains a fully-qualified, multi-skilled team of trades people who can make building alterations or install and connect all major services as required.
