August 2021 - Coffee Shop & Sandwich Bar, Blackfriars

Our client is a coffee shop and sandwich bar based in Blackfriars who were looking to replace one of their ovens. CCE London was happy to assist and based on their requirements, were recommended an electric UNOX Linemicro electric convection oven, these are compact ovens are designed as a support for the simplest baking processes. Just what the customer needed.

This oven was a simple install as it was just a position and plug-in, easy for the client to receive direct and get it up and working in no time.

The client has supplied us with their images for this in situ, all I can say is the pastries look great, and wish we were closer to have a taste test with a large cup of coffee!!
