Warewashing at Height in the City

This restaurant on the 38th Floor in the City was looking to replace both their warewashers and glasswashers, following discussions with our team, it was established that they needed 2x Winterhalter PT-Series Medium Hood type machines, with the ability to wash 44 racks per hour, with cycles between 50-164 seconds long.

They also purchased a Meiko M-iClean under counter with GiO Reverse osmosis water treatment. This machine with the ability to clean 40 baskets per hour is perfect for this busy restaurant. These machines were installed with full training given to the staff to ensure the machines works to the best of their ability.
