A Parisian Influenced Restaurant

This French restaurant was looking to invest in their kitchen with a combination oven, however, with the variety of brands out, there were unsure as to what brand fitted their needs. Discussions took place with our sales team where they were advised that CCE London could loan them a combi oven for them to decide, prior to purchasing.

CCE London organised the loan of an Unox Combi Oven Plus 10 grid with a compact hood and stand. The loan period will ensure that the client gets the best use of the oven and make certain that the technology works with their menu. Following the loan of the equipment, the client will have the chance to purchase at the best possible rate and warranty period. CCE London organised for the Unox oven to be fully installed and training, that took place with their staff to ensure they get the best use out of the equipment whilst they use it.

Whilst the discussions on the combi oven took place, this restaurant also fed back that they were looking to purchase a boiling pan, we supplied them with a Mareno Star 90 boiling pan. The Marino Star 90 is the flagship product line where Mareno has a vast range of equipment that lends itself to endless configurations. This safe and practical, direct and indirect boiling pan lends itself to countless uses and is suitable for immersion cooking. Installation of the equipment and full training was given to the staff to ensure they are fully aware of how the boiling pan operates.
