A Curio Collection Hotel in Shoreditch
Due to the reputation of CCE Fabrication, we were called upon to create a bespoke bar for this ‘flying’ lounge in Shoreditch with the front bar counter and bar top being shop fitted by others.
For the front-of-house bar area, our talented team of fabricators created a 5.3m long stainless-steel bar counter incorporating worktops with drop-down sections for tills, ice wells, handwash basins, and worktops. The ice wells incorporated perforated inserts and the ability for them to be sectioned into 3, as well as having the obligatory speed rails. All incorporated storage under along with shelves and openings for bin storage.
At the back of the bar area, we supplied under-counter bottle coolers and glass frosters from our supplier Gamko, and a powder-coated peanut rail in black to match the design.
For the back-of-house area were the Hoshizaki ice machines making both large cubes and flaked ice, along with wine refrigerators from Interlevin, to ensure that their customers’ drinks are cold and refreshing, with ice that protects the integrity and flavour of their drinks.
The bar area is still to be finished by the shopfitters, but we will be looking forward to seeing and drinking in the finished establishment soon!
