Do I need a Service or PPM Contract?

We know that it is important for your business to run at its peak performance 24/7, every day of the year.

You rely on your catering equipment to ensure consistency in your business and product, or it could fail when you least expect it.

For peace of mind we recommend that all catering equipment is regularly serviced, ideally at 6 month intervals, and to have a PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contract in place. Without a regular service plan or PPM contract, could mean that your warranty on equipment may be deemed void by the manufacturers, leaving you with a hefty repair bill.

If you are unable to open due to faulty equipment or be forced to reduce your menu due to equipment failure, not only could it potentially mean a loss in revenue, but in this day and age customers would take to social media highlighting their dissatisfaction on cancellation of their reservation. Can your business survive this?
