Stately 5* Luxury Hotel near St James Place

CCE London was contacted by this hotel, who were looking for a like for like replacement on their Winterhalter compact rack conveyor dishwasher as their current one was uneconomical to fix. We were happy to assist and were able to source the Winterhalter CRE SM machine. Winterhalter removed the old machine and installed the replacement as part of the package.

The CTR offers excellent performance with a high degree of flexibility, it is available with up to three tanks and has a variety of modules and features that are customised to whatever the client requires. A big plus for the CTR is despite its high rack capacity, it was possible to reduce water consumption during rinsing by up to 50% – to a minimum of just 130 litres per hour. This is made possible by the speed-dependent control of the rinse water volume, so you can wash as economically and environmentally friendly as possible.

Following the installation, we then returned to install a stainless steel dishwash infill in the tabling that the client felt was needed for hygiene and aesthetics.
