June 2021 - Pioneering of Modern African Cuisine

We were contacted by this chef to create a first-floor kitchen, following the success of their pop-ups. With the space available we looked at all options that would enable their kitchen equipment to do several dishes, ensuring value for money on their investment.

Items were supplied by Rational, Lincat, Rollergrill and Polar Refrigeration, with bespoke fabrication work tops being created by our partners in the factory to create a flawless finish. Our team of installers completed the project and we had one happy client!
