July 2021 - ENSE Training Champions 2020

CCE London welcomed Bob Adams, Managing Director and Ben Sherriff, Director of Business Development of ENSE UK to the Head Office earlier in the week.

Bob had flown into the UK the week prior to hand deliver to all ENSE winners that were announced at the ENSE Spring Conference 2021. Charlotte Barker and Gabby Coombs are the driving force at CCE London, spearheading the training within the office and ensuring we are all kept up to date with information from our suppliers and manufacturers.

This award was an accumulation of hard work from all of us here at CCE London, where we really are passionate about training. We really do believe that the more you know about the product, manufacturer and what it does, makes what we do so much easier. Within this industry you are forever learning about new equipment, innovation in cooking processes and changes to legislation which we all need to be aware of. It makes what we do so much more challenging and interesting. No day is ever the same.
