August 2021 - Private Members Club – Westminster

This private members club has been embarking on a renovation program during the current pandemic and the Brabourne Kitchen, which was last extended, rebuilt and updated in 2015 was refreshed utilising pre-existing equipment and new items to enhance their updated menu.

The areas that CCE London were asked to revitalise were the wash-up, prep area, and cook and pass areas.

Within the wash-up area, we incorporated bespoke fabricated pot wash sink units, pot shelves, wall benches, dishwash tabling, handwash stations, and condense canopy, to incorporate the clients Winterhalter Pay Per Wash Pass through dishwasher.
