CCE are working with a well-known preparation kitchen based in Essex and are in the process of designing and installing a whole range of equipment for them. However, the client was in particular rush for their Rational iCombi Pro 20-2/1 gas oven, with racks and condensation hood. These were supplied and installed during normal working hours. The client was roaringly happy!
