Portuguese Restaurant, Battersea

This well known Portuguese restaurant based near Battersea and Vauxhall were looking to update their outside space to offer charcoal cooking.

Their well-used outside space held a number of events and they wanted to increase the covers available. The new area was built to hold the cooking equipment lined with a glass front/entrance so their customers could see the chefs cooking. CCE London installed a Mibrasa Charcoal oven, and a Mibrasa Charcoal Parrilla Grill and over the cooking area was a new ventilation extract canopy, a extract system, along with a fresh air system based on the equipment in place at the location.
