CCE London was brought in to create a kitchen and servery area for this botanical waterside Eden at Canary Wharf, where there are special areas for rotating guest chefs showcasing dishes.

The areas we covered were:

Wash-up area
Bespoke fabrication for the inlet and dishwash tabling, with a pass-through dishwasher via Maidaid.

Preparation area
Bespoke fabrication for workbenches, wall shelves, plus the 4 door refrigerator counters and undercount double-door freezer from Williams and an under counter refrigerator with 4 drawers by Blizzard.

Cook and Pass area
Bespoke fabrication was made for the area with an underbar pass counter, hot cupboards with sliding doors, workbenches, and screens. Incorporated within the area were under counter double door freezers, mobile 3 door counter, mobile four-door counter, under broiler counter with 2 drawers all supplied by Williams.

Brat pans, electric smooth griddle, electric salamander grill with wall mounting bracket, freestanding twin pad induction hob with ambient base cupboard, and electric pasta cooker with 6 portion baskets and ambient base cupboard from Blue Seal.

Rational supplied an electric 10 grid and 6 grid combi ovens, with accessory packs.

A Synergy countertop as chargrill, and electric twin pan basket fryers from Lincat, and an under counter space saver refrigerator with 2 drawers from Precision.

All were delivered, installed, tested, and commission as part of the project and took place over a 5-day period.

We think the after pictures say it all and without the project management skills and installation team, we would not have finished this on time and on budget.
