The project at this prestigious Hotel and Spa was to renew their pot wash area within their kitchen, this involved the removal and disposal of all the previous existing equipment, working with other suppliers to prepare the area, and arranging for the installation of wall cladding, equipment and fabrication.

We then completely reconfigured the space to incorporate the installation of the Meiko FV250 Front loading utensil washer and have CCE Fabrication create a shaped fabricated work bench that incorporated two single sinks and a pre-rinse spray. We included an angled basket shelf approximately 1.2m long to allow for the dish wash baskets to be stored vertically.

The finished area looks clean and polished ready for service.
