CCE London is continuing the overhaul of this private members clubs with more work within their kitchen area, this time we were concentrating on the washup, prep and cook and pass areas.

Within each of these areas, there was bespoke stainless steel fabrication made, whether it was pot wash sinks, handwash stations, dish wash tabling, wall benches, or shelving units, each were custom made for the clients’ specifications.

Equipment supplied from Valentine, Rational, CuisineEquip, Blue Seal, Synergy, and Williams.

We also introduced them to CF Capital for leasing opportunities with Rational who supplied them with 2x 10/1 iCombi Pros with accessory packs, as well as introducing them to the idea of PPW with a Winterhalter Pass Through dishwasher.

We are continuing to work with this club updating and refreshing the various areas, currently, this is more back of house.
